Prince Andrew
Prince Andrew,
Duke of York

Prince Andrew was born on 19 February 1960, and thus became the first child in 103 years to be born to a reigning monarch. He was educated at Heatherdown School, Ascot and then Gordonstoun, like his father and elder brother.

After his A-levels he joined the Royal Navy in 1979. During his period of service he flew missions in the Falklands, in Sea Kings from HMS Invincible. He finally left the Navy in 2001.

A keen sportsman, Andrew is a member of the Royal & Ancient Golf Club at St. Andrews and has been seen offering his support at events such as the Ryder Cup.

The royal the tabloids crowned the ladies' favourite, Andrew finally settled down with Sarah Ferguson in 1986. They had two children, Beatrice and Eugenie. But wedded bliss did not last long for "Randy Andy" and his toe-sucking wife. They separated in 1992 after pictures were published revealing Fergie indulging various foot-fetish fantasies with Texan Johnny Bryan and they divorced in 1996. However, they are still friendly and rumours of remarriage constantly abound.
